Feuille Luxury offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced items, provided they are in original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact. We strive to ensure your luxury shopping experience is seamless from acquisition to exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Feuille Luxury account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all protective materials and authentication cards are included to prevent damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
